They put me in a high quality vehicle for a great price

Well I brought my truck in for service when I got it I was supposed to go on the 11th well it was moved up a day then I get there and my message said 9am well come to find out it’s at 9:30 I know when I got the truck I was told my oil changes were free since I paid for the warranty well I ended up paying 122$ that I didn’t have to spend on top of that I had to take off so I feel like I’m paying for something that was not used and I was told I had a emissions code I asked if it was cleared I was told o no you will see the code later so I’m not understanding what was the reason for bringing it there plus I drove from Beaumont

Horrible experience less than 2.5 weeks of getting my vehicle back and the entire engine is shaking. As if someone didn’t tighten something my vehicle did not make this sound before I brought it in. And I have wasted over 700 dollars on a rental car just for me to have to go back and see what was done incorrectly
