Do yourself a favor and make the drive to a different dealership for service and repairs.

Communication was awful. I left several unanswered voicemails. Associate did not explain any findings to me. Just sent estimate with no explanation. Video was silent just showed parts that I dont understand. Had car towed to another mechanic who stated that parts were removed and not put back on my vehicle. I will NEVER do service with Ron Craft. I am looking for a new vehicle and will skip right past Ron Craft. Terrible experience. Hope is impossible to contact and does not respond to messages or calls. 0/10 will not recommend
